The FO8000 is entirely administrable from one end to another of the
site over fiber optic in a dedicate channel. It is conceived for
interconnections of routers but also for industrial or medical
applications with various asynchronous or synchronous interfaces
V24/V28, X21, V35 or RS422.

The FO8000 is available for the access to the PSTN in perturbed
environment or the interconnection of PABX in its version FO80E1 and
FO8E1 equipped with 1 or 4 interfaces E1. The format could be setup G703
transparent in order to transmit all type of voice CAS, R2 or ISDN
PRI(T2) or any other link with the electric format E1 G703 unframed or
framed G704.
The FO82BRI and FO84BRI, are fiber optic modems intended to transport 2
or 4 ISDN basic access BRI (S0/T0). Those can be used connected to a
PABX or behind the network of operator (TNR) and will be setup in NT or
TE mode according to their position.
The features of the FO8000 modem are:
-
WAN modem for connection up to 10 Mbps
-
Multirate on TDE (from 64 to 2048, 4096, 6144, 8192 and 10240 Kbps)
