Interface converters, CSU/DSU, G703/64 Kbps, G703 E1, E2, E3, T1 and DS3
CXR offers a large number of Interface Converters: ETSI line terminations include G703 64 Kbps in PCM Networks, G703 E1 at 2 Mbps, G703 E2 at 8 Mbps and E3 at 34Mbps; ANSI line terminations include G703 T1 1.5Mbps and DS3 at 45 Mbps.
These devices are used by Telcos and Service Providers to distribute serial, Ethernet or ISDN interfaces to the customer premise with a G.703 link from their PDH/SDH/SONET networks. They are also utilized by private network customers to terminate a single E1 link from a single microwave radio or a private SDH/SONET network.

The CV0100 is a G703 64k co-directional interface converter for PCM or DDS networks to serial interface. These converters are used with older generation DACS and for data applications involving MIC termination of TS16 without CAS signalization.
The CV2000 is an interface converter for unframed G703 E1 and framed G704 n 64kbps mode. The CV2000 can also be delivered as an unframed ANSI G703 T1 and framed n 56/64kbps mode.
Both can be delivered with a user interface X21/V11, V35, V36/RS530, V24, V28, Ethernet or ISDN 4BRI (S0).
The CV200-TTX is an interface converter for a G703 E1 or T1 line running in unframed or framed mode n 64Kbps with an Ethernet bridge. This bridge supports different HDLC and PPP WAN protocols and is compatible with several third party products.
The CV8000-TTX is an interface converter for a G703 E2 at 8Mbps rate that terminates one X21/V11,V35,RS530 interface and an Ethernet bridge. This is primarily utilized with Microwave Radio links and satellite connections.
The CV-E3T3-TTX is an interface converter running an unframed G703 E3/34Mbps or T3/DS3/45Mbps circuit and terminates an Ethernet interface. It is commonly deployed to deliver a high rate Ethernet circuit from a VC3 of SDH/SONET network or from an E3/DS3 connection on a Microwave Radio.
When E3/DS3/STM1 links are not available you may want to consider bundling E1/T1s with an Inverse multiplexer XM-4E1 or XM-M16E1/T1.
