CopperWAY: a family of multipoint G.SHDSL/G.SHDSL-Bis modems passing Ethernet and RS-xxx over a Bus/Ring Topology
This equipment is designed for data collection and remote control supervision over IP and asynchronous interfaces on copper. This technology is particularly effective in deploying networks, for highways (traffic signals and IP cameras), airports, utilities and the distribution of gas and water systems.
The CopperWAY utilizes existing copper to transmit Ethernet, RS-232/RS-485 flow and dry Open/Close contacts in a multipoint network.

The CopperWAY family mounted in FIN-rail metal case includes:
The CopperWAY-3 with 1 Ethernet 10/100BaseT port, 1 RS-232/RS-485 port and 2 digital Input/Output ports.
The CopperWAY-BIS with up to 4 port Ethernet 10/100BaseT switch, 4 RS-232/RS-485 ports and 2 digital Input/Output over 2 direction with 2/4 wire GSHDSL-Bis modem up to 5,7Mbps or 11,4Mbps or 2 fibers 100FX.
Asynchronous RS-232/RS-485 data is encapsulated into IP with RAW-TCP or RFC2217 protocols and can be delivered to another location in the IP network with a TS224/TS324/TS1124 terminal server or a FiberWAY.
The FiberWAY is a fiber optic version of the CopperWAY.
