ADSL/2/2+ TRANSMISSION: ADSL modems AD-RT-xx and IP DSLAM DS8124

CXR Anderson Jacobson recommends an ADSL2/2+ solution for distribution of 24 to 120 ports. This solution can distribute Internet access in hotels, campuses, residential domains or for Telcos in low density areas.

This solution includes the IP-DSLAM DS8124 and the ADSL modems/routers Ethernet USB or Wi-fi AD-RT-xx

The DS8124 is an IP-DSLAM switch that provides up to 24 ADSL/2/2+ ports. Five units can be stacked utilizing a single IP address and providing 120 ports.

This configuration can be deployed as:

A Layer 2 Ethernet switch in the bridge mode with users connected to the LAN over the ADSL modem.

Or as a standard DSLAM with authentification, bandwidth administration and secure access.

This system provides automatic flow control, VLAN and QoS management and a choice of VCI/VPI to deploy Voice over IP (VoIP) or Telephony over IP (ToIP) and TV over IP TVoIP in a hotel or ISP environment.
