SNMP Management

CXR offers three types of Universal chassis for TDM/Analogue/ISDN cards and two compact versions for Media converters.

These chassis integrate an SNMP proxy to communicate with an SNMP management system.

CXR has selected the popular SNMPc administration system to add a Graphic MIB for network management.

We provide MIB I and MIB II text files for any SNMP management system, and an option to deliver a Graphic MIB and tools for SNMPc.

19’’ Chassis/Shelf for card

The AMS16 and AMS4 with or without management include built in power supplies and manage the following cards:

MSDSL and GSHDSL modems MD2000, MD4000 and SpeederLAN,

The AMS-MEDIA16-SNMP is a rack with integrated management for Ethernet/Gigabit Ethernet media converter cards:

The RACK-MEDIA16 is a rack for slide-in media converter modules without management that includes shared power and fans.

CXR offers a RACK-xxxx, WALL-xxxx and DINxxx to attach our equipment to a standard shelf.

ADMINISTRATION SOFTWARE

CXR provides a free software tool for the majority of the desktop product/modems with a consol port to manage the local equipment or point-to-point applications (terminal servers, xDSL and FO modems and small multiplexers).

The Windows GUIs EasyGO, EasyGO-TPE, EasyGO-TS/TS-GPRS are used with ISDN TA, terminal servers and GPRS terminal servers for POS applications.

MX-CFG is used for the setup of all GSHDSL/MSDSL/FO modems or TDM converters.

Easy Remote Server is software running on Linux for the administration of SSL ADSL, GPRS and UMTS devices to maintain the park of SSL CPE devices.

SNMPc from CastleRock is a network manager using the IP-SNMP frame to manage all SNMP devices. It support graphics MIBs and administration tools of CXRview and CXRview-Plus.

CXRview is an equipment management software running over SNMPc to support all TDM devices and PDH/SDH multiplexers and DACS.

CXRview-Plus with a MySQL database provides additional tools to manage and show the logical links in a network.

CXR-INMS is an Intelligent NMS running over Linux with an Oracle database to support SDH and PDH equipment. Features include the capability to setup circuits A-Z and to automatically commission the intermediate nodes. Many services like Docket Manager (DM) provide enhanced network management.
