FOS-155/622/1250-MM-SM Optical conversion/booster for STM1/4, ATM and Gigabit Ethernet

These converters are deployed to convert SDH/SONET, ATM and Ethernet transmission media for the Telco or large networks.

These converters are available as a card in a 1 slot housing AC or DC and a 16 slot chassis with optional SNMP management.

The FOS are media converters at Layer 1 transmission scheme and don’t affect the SDH, ATM or Ethernet frames. The transport is transparent and the converter is reshaping the optical signal during the conversion.
