MX2000 Two ports E1 Multiplexer
The MX2000 has an E1G703/G704 network interface with two user interfaces: a FE1 G704 Drop & Insert and a serial interface.
Two MX2000’s can be installed in a point- to- point configuration to transport PBX and data traffic over a PDH, n E1, SDH network or a single E1 over a microwave link.
The MX2000 can be delivered with a synchronous serial interface n x 64kbps X21/V11, V35, V36/RS-530 or RS-232 asynchronous/synchronous interfaces for industrial applications.
One frequent application is to deploy voice to a PBX and data to a router between two sites over 2Mbps leased lines.

The MX2000 can also be deployed in a bus configuration to manage a RTU network over an E1 link for a pipe line or industrial site configuration.
