E1/T1 TO E3/T3/DS3 MULTIPLEXERS 34Mbps/45Mbps

CXR presents a large family of G.703 multiplexers between E1 or T1 and E3 and T3/DS3 interfaces. These platforms are utilized for the distribution of voice and lease line circuits over SDH VC3, fiber optic or microwave radio links.

Depending on the type of equipment we can provide the following multiplexing configurations based on ETSI or ANSI standards:

E13 is the multiplexing of 16 E1 2 Mbps within an E3 34 Mbps

M13 is the multiplexing of 28 T1 E1 1.5Mbps within a T3/DS3 45 Mbps

G.747 is the multiplexing of 21 E1 2 Mbps within a T3/DS3 45 Mbps

T3 and DS3 are used interchangeably to describe the same circuit of 44.736 Mbps; DS3 is used in North American technical literature. E3 and T3/DS3 link are also available as unframed circuits.

CXR provides 3 multiplexing modes E13/M13/G.747:

MX-E3T3 - multiplexing without TS cross-connects:

MX-E3T3-16E1 provides E13 multiplexing with copper and fiber E3 interface

MX-E3T3-21E1 provides G.747 multiplexing with copper and fiber T3/DS3 interface

MX-E3T3-28T1 provide M13 multiplexing with copper and fiber T3/DS3 interface

IX4100 -multiplexing with TS cross-connects:

IX4100 is equipped with 3 slots for E3, T3, 21 E1 and 28T1 cards and includes a TS0 cross-connect or DACS capability. All cards including the CPU can be redundant.

Depending on which cards are utilized, this platform can provide E13/M13/G.747 multiplexing and DS0 cross-connect with 1+1 protection of E3,DS3 and 21 E1 or 28 T1 cards card.
