IP-JET-xE1-2TTX Encapsulation Gateway of 1, 2 or 4 E1 circuits over IP
CXR offers 3 models for the IP encapsulated transport of E1 or T1 circuits. This equipment is used to interconnect TDM devices such as PBX, BTS to BSC/MSC or TDM multiplexers with analogue and legacy traffic.
The IP-JET-xE1-2TTX utilizes standard or proprietary Circuit Emulation over IP technology. The IP-JET transports nxE1 frame (n x 125µs) in IP frame. The IP frame length (or number of E1 frame in IP frame) can be adjusted to compensate for latency in the network. The system supports unframed G.703 and framed G.704 transport. Based on buffer and algorithm, the system can regenerate a stable clock at the distant end. Even when the system is providing UDP frames it’s tagging and tracking the missing packets.
The IP-JET-E1-2TTX, IP-JET-2E1-2TTX and IP-JET-4E1-2TTX operates in Point-to-Point on Multipoint configurations based on 1 E1 to 1 E1 or with the option of grooming several IP-JET-E1 with a few TS. In G.704 framed mode the user can select the TS to transport. The IP Jet compression model continuously detects idle/redundant data within each E1 resulting in significant bandwidth savings.
IP-JET can be delivered with the following options:
-C E1 frame compression
-EC echo canceller
-LB load balancing on dual Ethernet ports.
-G TS grooming to concentrate several IP-JET-E1 to one IP-JET-E1 over one E1
