SWMI Ethernet/Gigabit Ethernet switch remotely managed by center

These switches include one or two fiber uplinks 100FX or 1000SX/LX and 8 10/100BaseT ports. They are managed through the fiber (In-band) via the FOCIR at the media converter center AMS-MEDIA16-SNMP. All ports are managed including UTP ports with activation/rate/flux.and VLAN as well as other features.

From a media center AMS-MEDIA16-SNMP and with the single address of the chassis, the administrator can manage at level 1 and 2 the 16 links terminated by the SWMI switch and control up to 144 copper ports. It can manage the port status,, all traffic, frame length, manage broadcast storm and update the firmware.

SWMI are fully software managed or locally managed by DIP switches.

SWMI with 2 fiber uplinks can be configured as 1+1 or 2 uplinks.

SWMI-7TTX-2FX: 7 ports 10/100BaseT Switch and 2 uplink 100FX.

This model is available with dual MM or SM up to 100km dual of WDM uplink ports for 1+1 or dual direction.

SWMI-8TTX-2GSX/GLX: Switch 8 ports 10/100BaseT, 1 port 10/100/1000BaseT and 2 1000FX uplinks.

This model is available with dual MM or SM up to 100km two dual fiber or WDM uplink ports for 1+1 or dual direction.

SWMI-8TTX-TGTX-GSX/GLX: Switch 8 ports 10/100BaseT, 1 port 10/100/1000BaseT and 11000FX uplink

This model is available with dual MM or SM up to 100km one dual fiber or WDM uplink port.
